There is no standard timeline - it can depend on your project - but it usually happens between 2 to 4 weeks depending on the agencies' availabilities. This time includes our consultation with you, agency research, agency briefing, agency work, and finally agencies' presentations. Agencies will spend time working on the strategy, and sometimes basic concepts, so adequate time must be granted to get the best possible output.
How do you find the best fit agencies?
Thanks to the introduction call, we come to understand your business needs and any particular requirements you may have. Basing on this, we research the best agency through our databases and beyond.

Can I include specific agencies in the Pitch?
Yes – but keep in mind that we do not organize pitches with more than 5 agencies. Additionally, if you select Pitch Organization with 3 agencies and would like to include an extra agency, an additional fee of €50 will apply.

If the budget has not been approved, we advise you to select either Agency Preselection or Creative Brief Writing. In order to protect agencies from abusive speculative work, we will not start a pitch process without an approved budget.
