About
Motivation was established in 1991 as Motivation Marketing Ltd in Chesham. The main thrust of the business was Direct Mailing and basic Call Centre services. Since then we have added new direct marketing and database services to our growing portfolio. We have also created specialist divisions for Database Management, eCommerce Fulfilment and Digital Marketing. In 2010, under new management, we initiated a programme of expansion. We invested substantially in upgrading our Call Centre, Printing and Online Marketing Divisions. The new investment, based on a solid foundation, helped us double in size through organic and inorganic gains. We now operate from three sites, Glasgow, London and Edinburgh, covering the length and breadth of the country.
